America’s $500 Billion Problem with Employee Disengagement


In the latest release in his leadership series, Tom Lowry offers a 12-step program for curing the disease of employee disengagement.

“The impact of disengagement to our economy is staggering. A 2013 study released by Gallup found that actively disengaged employees cost the U.S. between $450 billion to $550 billion per year in lost productivity. Worse, these numbers don’t include productivity loss for employees that are moderately disengaged or the costs associated with employee turnover.”
