“The impact of disengagement to our economy is staggering. A 2013 study released by Gallup found that actively disengaged employees cost the U.S. between $450 billion to $550 billion per year in lost productivity. Worse, these numbers don’t include productivity loss for employees that are moderately disengaged or the costs associated with employee turnover.”
