Atlanta Food Truck Pioneer Gets an Upgrade
Yumbii, Atlanta’s first food truck, has introduced a state-of-the-art “Super Food Truck” to its fleet. The first of its kind on the East Coast, the eco-friendly, low-emissions Super Food Truck runs on diesel. Its highly fuel-efficient engine employs a state-of-the-art technology that converts exhaust into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapor, thereby reducing emissions and lessening the vehicle’s environmental imprint. Founded by native Atlantan Carson Young (32-years-old), Yumbii pioneered Atlanta’s food truck movement, rolling out the city’s first food truck in 2010.
