Emory Midtown Hospital has implemented smart bottles in its neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for premature babies, designed by NFANT Labs, LLC. These Bluetooth-enabled bottles allow physicians and nurses to monitor feeding habits and development progress in premies. Lou Malice, NFANT Labs CEO, and June Garber, Emory Midtown Hospital, discuss this innovation with Tasnim Shamma on WABE 90.1 FM, Atlanta’s NPR station.
