On Wednesday night, six teams went head to head for Georgia Tech’s 2018 InVenture prize; this annual competition fosters creativity, invention & entrepreneurship as students create devices that make our lives safer or more efficient.
Kolby Hanley, materials science and engineering major, won Georgia Tech’s InVenture Prize for a first-of-its-kind aiming device for competitive archery, taking home $20,000 plus a free patent filing and a spot in Flashpoint, a Georgia Tech accelerator.
