What’s the best thing about TAG in your opinion?
TAG is unique in the region in that it has effectively built a coalition of technology companies throughout Georgia. Its a model for such organizations and is a huge asset to the state.

Approximately 500 employees
What do you do at your organization?
Lead external affairs for the Southeastern US.
Why and how did you get started?
I began my career as a lawyer and have now transitioned to the Policy team.
How do you think Georgia has emerged as a strong player in technology?
Georgia has a terrific combination of a business friendly environment, talented workforce and established infrastructure that is well suited to innovation.
What must Georgia do to maintain its momentum in the tech industry?
Continue to have a business friendly environment that is conducive to innovation.
What is your next big project?
I’m fortunate to be working on many in Georgia, as Google has numerous significant projects throughout the state.
Name one thing that people would be surprised to know about you.
I used to be a journalist before law school.
