Standard Test Management Process


Test preparation activities are key to getting any product to market within a reasonable set time. As an experienced Test Manager, I have noticed that the success of testing is not based on the simplicity of the system under testing or the number of resources pulled into test execution. What ultimately determines the success or failure of a testing project is the effort and progress gained during the planning and preparation of each test stage.
