Birch Communications Releases Enhanced Version of its Online Customer Portal

Atlanta-based Birch Communications has released an enhanced version of BirchConnect, its online customer portal. New features include the ability to initiate and track trouble tickets so that users no longer need to call in for service issues and status requests.

The company has also changed the look and feel of its Hosted Microsoft Exchange (HME), to make it easier for business users to manage their email platforms.
