DULUTH, GA–May 26, 2017– iSimu VR recently opened one of Metro Atlanta’s the first virtual reality arcade in Duluth. The 2,700-square foot facility features twelve, 80-square-foot stations that each include HTC Vive, which is a headset that allows players to physically move around the virtual space.

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, iSimu VR currently has 18 games available for play and plans to add three or four games to its catalog each month.

Virtual reality (VR), along with its counterpart augmented reality (AR), is projected to be an $80-billion-dollar industry by 2025, according to global investment firm Goldman Sachs. The AR/VR is just one aspect of Georgia’s Digital Entertainment Tech ecosystem.
