Hodges-Mace, LLC, a benefits delivery innovator, announces two top employees will speak during the Workplace Benefits Renaissance 2019 Conference in Nashville, TN, at The Omni Nashville, February 20-22. Register here to attend.

Hodges-Mace Senior Vice President, Executive Sponsor, John Chase, and Omni Hotels Director of Benefits, Darrell Hart, (a Hodges-Mace client) will deliver the morning Keynote address on Friday, February 22. John and Darrell will present “Benefits in Motion: A Living Case Study on Omni Hotels.” During their session, they will share their multi-year strategy for achieving excellence in benefits enrollment and engagement for a diverse employee base. The audience will hear about current initiatives that are measurably enhancing the benefits experience for Omni Associates.

On Thursday February 21, Hodges-Mace Senior Sales Consultant Megan Runci will speak on the “EBA Rising Stars: Our Future Leaders” panel. Megan was recently named one of the Top 20 Rising Stars in 2019 by the editors of Employee Benefits Advisor (EBA). In 2018 Megan was named Top Sales Rep of the Month six times and generated more than $2.6 million in new revenue. EBA Editor in Chief Walden Siew will moderate the conference panel where Megan and two of her colleagues will share their individual stories about their rise to success.

“Benefits are the single largest expense for employees each year (outside of buying a home or a car) so providing one on one support to assist employees in making the best decisions for them and their family remains a top priority for brokers, clients and their employees,” said Megan.

Workplace Benefits Renaissance brings together 500+ brokers, agents and advisers to discover the latest strategic approaches, tools and technologies to grow their benefits practice. At Renaissance 2019, attendees learn from the most successful leaders in the benefits industry and make new relationships with people and organizations that help them achieve new levels of success and service.
