COLUMBUS, Ga – February 23, 2017– On January 6, 2017 OmegaFi, celebrated its 25th year serving the Greek Life community. Founded in Columbus, GA in 1992, OmegaFi has continued to grow and conduct business nationwide from the headquarters building located on 6th Avenue. In that time, OmegaFi has lead the industry in financial solutions, payment processing and database management.
OmegaFi has been dedicated and committed to serving chapter advisors, house corporation officers, inter/national headquarters staff and most especially the 934,259 students. Along with serving close to one million students, OmegaFi has mailed 17 million statements and has assisted fraternities and sororities in collecting more than $3.4 billion to support operations.
Along with acquiring a partnership with an investment firm (Aquiline Capital Partners LLC) from New York in 2015, OmegaFi has successfully expanded its technology offerings from a dues collection service to bill paying tools, a national headquarters database, IRS Form 990 filing and tracking tools, chapter websites, electronic contract management and much more.
OmegaFi works diligently to maintain and innovate complex security systems and sophisticated back-up procedures across multiple data centers, providing the value and peace of mind that is important to nonprofit organizations. OmegaFi continues to innovate processes and applications that are valuable to the financial technology industry, drawing attention to the Columbus, GA community.
OmegaFi employees 104 people, who work to advance Greek Life, and continue to innovate the way business is done in the fraternity and sorority world. When OmegaFi employees aren’t focusing on customers, they turn their attention to raising money for the Boys and Girls Club of the Chattahoochee Valley. Over the past 5 years, OmegaFi has raised approximately $15,000 for the organization.
