SAVANNAH, GA– November 30, 2016– Two ATDC Savannah startups — Corstrata and goTango — took the top prizes at the Savannah Demo Day pitch competition Nov. 16. Corstrata won $3,000 and GoTango won $2,000 in cash prizes provided by the Savannah Economic Development Authority.

Using telemedicine and mobile health technologies, Corstrata provides health care providers and patients with limited access to wound care clinicians to heal wounds faster, and at a lower cost.

GoTango is an Xbox and Playstation application that gives gamers the opportunity to compete in daily eSports tournaments for cash prizes.

The competition took place at Creators’ Foundry and offered select startup founders a chance to pitch and connect with regional investors as well as promote their businesses to the public.

The competition was judged by serial entrepreneurs and investors Clegg Ivey and Kevin Dewalt. Following each pitch, the companies answered questions from the judges and audience.
