Curo announced today that it has been chosen as one of 34 Venture Atlanta Startup Showcase “companies to watch,” a group comprised of the most exciting early-stage businesses that are bringing big ideas to the next decade. Curo is a mobile facilities and maintenance software management application designed to eliminate the chaos and confusion facing modern digital workforces.
The Curo app identifies and prioritizes precisely what work needs to be done on an uploaded floorplan or a map, assigns the task to the most appropriate person and provides step-by-step guidance, team communication and verification that the job is done right, and on time.
“Curo is the third company I’ve presented at Venture Atlanta, and I’ve certainly found it to be a great showcase for Georgia companies and the Southeastern tech community as a whole,” said Curo Chief Executive Officer Greg White. “So many of us have closed funding with some of the most prominent investors in the world through Venture Atlanta, and I look forward to taking Curo though that process.”
Curo provides workers with clear expectations, communication and training all within one intuitive application—whether they’re in the office, the four walls of a facility, or out in the field—while enabling managers to track performance of projects as they happen and visually confirm when they are completed.
The 11th annual Venture Atlanta is the Southeast’s premier event for connecting technology innovation and investment capital and will take place October 16-17 in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
As a Venture Atlanta Startup Showcase Company, Curo will be spotlighted during a special networking event on October 16 where it will provide a “sneak peek” of its products and business plan and be given the opportunity to connect with investors, entrepreneurs and other technology leaders.
