PCI-Validated P2PE Made Possible by Bluefin Payment Systems and Intelligent Contacts Partnering

ATLANTA, GA — February 18, 2016–Bluefin Payment Systems, the leading provider of PCI-validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) solutions for retail, healthcare and education, and contact center solutions innovator Intelligent Contacts have announced the availability of Bluefin’s Decryptx™ PCI-validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) Solution for Intelligent Contacts clients.

PCI-validated P2PE secures card transactions by encrypting all data within a PCI-approved point of entry swipe or keypad device, preventing clear-text cardholder data from being available in the device or the merchant’s system where it could be exposed to malware. Decryptx, Bluefin’s Decryption as a Service (DaaS) product, provides all of the security of Bluefin’s PCI-validated P2PE solution suite through the Intelligent Contacts platform.

Intelligent Contacts provides a unified communication solution which help companies connect with and engage consumers according to their preferences. Focused on healthcare and contact centers, the solution includes voice, text, and email communication, messaging, computer telephony integration (CTI), call recording, automated payment negotiation, Intelligent IVR payment systems, text to pay, and real time data services.

Intelligent Contacts has already enabled their first client for PCI P2PE, a large healthcare business office outsourcing organization in Texas.
