In this crucial position, Myers will be the first point of contact for client support, as well as being the liaison between clients and ProviDyn’s engineering team.

Myers brings with her four years of experience in customer service and office administration. Her most recent position was as a Service Administrator for another managed IT services provider where she used her communications skills to field IT support requests, manage technician’s schedules and schedule client appointments.
Myers attended Georgia State University where she focused on Business Finance. She is an active member of Courageous Worship Church in Atlanta.
