TAG Announces the Finalists of the 2015 Smart Energy Awards

ATLANTA –January 6, 2016– The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Smart Energy Society announced the six finalists for the 2016 Awards Banquet today. The event celebrates successes in growing Georgia’s Smart Energy sector and showcases the contributions of each finalist.  The banquet is inside the Georgia Tech Wardlaw Building (177 North Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30332) on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 6-8 pm Eastern.

Awards will be given out to individuals, businesses,  and institutions that have shown dynamic leadership in the past year.

The finalists are (by category):

Company of the Year Award:

Professional of the Year Award:

  • Mike Dudgeon – Georgia House of Representative for District 25 & CTO for Hirez Studios
  • Kimberly Greene – Chief Operating Officer and EVP at Southern Company

Institution of the Year Award:

In addition to the Awards presentation, special guests who participated as either a panelists or speaker at previous TAG Smart Energy conferences will be recognized. This event is an excellent forum to network with like-minded leaders and enthusiast in the smart energy sphere.
