Wendy is responsible for the management of the business unit’s financial health and supports the strategic direction required for growth in both new and existing markets. She brings a strong skillset in evaluating, structuring and closing new business ventures as well as effectively handling business integrations.

Wendy’s background includes more than 20 years of accounting experience in diversified industries, including manufacturing, distribution and engineering services.
In addition to her experience as a CFO at several firms, Wendy has familiarity with international, private equity, venture capital and closely held ownership structures. Wendy graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
