From smartphones to tablets to laptops, fitness trackers and watches, and even smart home devices, consumers are using more connected devices than ever.With the proliferation of devices, consumers place increasing value on ease of use, convenience, and simplicity.
Jabian has conducted a survey in order to understand cross-device use with consumers. Researchers sought to understand the particular use of each mobile device consumers have, and to find out the best methods of development and advertisement for apps per platform. Not surprisingly, 100 percent of the participants had a connected mobile device (laptop, tablet, smartphone), but at least half of the participants went to physical stores to buy the products they were looking at. Jabian believes their study will help improve how and how well content will be provided for consumers.
