TAG CRM: Big Ideas Simplified 2015 will feature AutoTrader, CareerBuilder, FleetCor, Halyard Health, IHG, & Sales Outcomes

Atlanta (May 13, 2015) – TAG Customer Relationship Management(CRM) Society will launch its inaugural Big Ideas Simplified event this Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Marriott Interstate North from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

This event will feature some of Atlanta’s top CRM specialists as they discuss two very important trends in the CRM space – Leading through influence and Innovation in Analytics. Leading through Influence will be discussed by panelists Jason Allen, Director of Customer Experience at AutoTrader, Paul Citarella, SVP of Sales and Marketing at FleetCor, Dustin Johnson, Global Customer Experience Portfolio IT Leader at Halyard Health, and Billy Turchin, Head of CRM and Customer Experience at IHG. Margaret Wise, Senior Director of Strategic Alliances at Arke Systems will be the moderator.

The second topic Innovation in Analytics will be discussed by Lisa Fiondella, CEO at reFocus Analytics, Lindsey Nelson, VP of Sales Productivity at CareerBuilder, and Hernan Vera, Managing Partner at Sales Outcomes. Chad McCloud, Executive Director at Jabian Consulting will serve as the moderator for this panel.

Following the panel discussions, JC Quintana, author of “Speaking Frankly about Customer Relationship Management” will share insights around how businesses can build better experiences, increase
transparency, and focus centricity to create more engaging customer relationships. .

Immediately following his speech, three companies in the CRM space – Answerrocket, Engineering for Kids, and Salesfusion – will showcase their CRM products in the Innovation Showcase. Each company representative will have 5-7 minutes to discuss their products.
